James first began coaching in the backyard cricket net of his childhood home in Bendigo at the age of 16 and has been offering private cricket coaching & mentoring since then. James has been fortunate to have been coached, mentored and played alongside some of the great players of the game and now he wishes to pass on this knowledge to the next generation.
